BLOG POST: ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP?

We’re halfway through the 4 Week Challenge and I hope you have been able to make a positive change to your lifestyle. In my health talk earlier this month I discussed a few topics including eating habits, foods to eat, training and sleep. A good night’s sleep is so important and I suggested 6-8 hours is ideal and to refrain from the electronics in your room.
