Consistency is key when it comes to achieving fitness goals, and the best way to ensure consistency is to work out with a friend! Having an ‘accountability buddy’ is a great motivator to get you working out
regularly and forming good habits. Attend a group fitness class with your accountability buddy (or buddies!) to experience a challenging workout in a fun atmosphere.
