NEW YEAR NEW YOU – 4 WEEK CHALLENGE

FRIDAY 1 FEBRUARY – THURSDAY 28 FEBRUARY

Start the year off right with a 4-week fitness challenge at the Sanctuary Cove Country Club. Transform your life with expert guidance on fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. Our experienced team will set you up on a daily workout plan based on beginner, intermediate or hard skill levels and offer ongoing support to achieve your best results.

  • Starts Friday 1st February with weigh and measure between 5.30am-10.00am
  • Finishes Thursday 28th February with weigh and measure between 5.30am-10.00am
  • Health lecture to kick-start your challenge promoting nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, sleep and effective training. Talks will be hosted at Sanctuary Cove Country Club on Monday 4th February at 6pm and Monday 18th February at 6pm. Book your place today
  • Super circuit class every Saturday over the course of the challenge
